Mr. Lun is an esteemed executive spanning three decades of international business. He is the President of TOTO IMAGES and TOTO Global Ventures (subsidiary of TOTO IMAGES INC.). He was Chief Operating Officer for the China Connected Health Alliance (CCHA) Mr. Lun has been working as a Co-Organizer for the Mobile World Congress – Digital Health Summit, which is the meeting point of Healthcare, mHealth, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Chinese American Planning Council, Inc. (CPC) since 1993. He was nominated by his peers and awarded the Honorable Society Services Award by the State Department of the People’s Republic of China in October 2014 to honor his services to the New York Chinese community for over 20 years. Lun has also established a remarkable career as a legendary marketing executive in New York – working with fortune 500 companies to establish Asian-American marketing campaigns.

Today Andy Lun focuses on facilitating international technology companies’ entry and growth in Chinese market, as he is considered a thought leader for commercial opportunities in China.
Mr. Lun’s three decade expertise and well established high-profile network makes him the foremost expert on Chinese Go-To-Market strategies, on areas concerning Digital Health, Investment in Healthcare Facilities and Real Estate Development.

Ms. Veronica Tsang (Board Member)

Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Administrator, Cathay Bank (Board Member)

Ms. Tsang is Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Administrator and in charge of all east and west coast retail branch businesses of Cathy Bank.  She has worked at Cathay Bank for over 10 years and previously worked at JPMorgan Chase.

Ms. Tsang is an active member of the New York community.  is the president of Gift of Life, an organization that provides free heart transplants for children with congenital heart disease. She is also a board member at the Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts. Tsang is a chairwoman for the community advisory council at New York Hospital Queens and serves on the finance committee for Holy Redeemer Academy in Flushing.

Ms. Tsang is recognized for her passion in serving the needs of Chinese American community and beyond.  She was the recipient of 2017 Ellis Island Medal of Honor, honored by National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations (NECO) and warded as the Community Hero by the Museum of Chinese in America.



Dr. Nancy Eng (Board Member)

Associate Professor and Chair, Department of Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology, Hunter College

Dr. Eng is currently an Associate Professor at Hunter College CUNY and is on the doctoral faculty at the Graduate School and University Center of CUNY.  Her areas of research interest include language learning and language loss in children/adults who are exposed to more than one language; reading ability and disability in biscript readers; neurogenic language loss in bilingual populations and language attrition in internationally adopted children. Being fluent in Cantonese, Toisanese and Mandarin have served her well and, in addition to having grown up in Chinatown all afford her the sort of backdrop that is useful in her service to our community. She has been working with Chinese-Americans who present with a range of different communication disorders in a wide range of settings.  These include acute care settings, school-based programs as well as in university settings.

Dr. Eng has served on the Multicultural Issues Board for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and as a Legislative Councilor, representing New York State for the Association.  She has also served on the Executive Board for the New York State Speech, Language and Hearing Association for many terms.

Mrs. Selina Chong (Board Member)

Strategic Marketing Advisor

With over 30 years of experience in different multinational companies, Ms. Chong has extensive marketing, sales, branding, PR and business management experiences.  Ms. Chong served as the Chief Marketing Officer with Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited and provided leadership in areas of strategic marketing and branding, offline2online (O2O) architect, and communications.  Her prior experiences also included Octopus Cards Limited, American Express, Citibank and Fidelity Investments earlier in her career. Ms. Chong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.


Shuang Wen Academy Network (SWAN) helps students from varied social, economic and ethnic backgrounds develop proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, and acquire a greater understanding of Chinese culture, so they can become better global citizens in an increasingly competitive and demanding international environment.
